The busiest time of year is presenting itself. AND I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER! I just landed back in sunny California from a week with my family in Kansas. Got a good snow day, cuddled up inside with my dogs and family. Definitely the best way to end the Thanksgiving week. SO much to be thankful for.
Getting back to reality means getting my morning routines back in check. I believe mornings are the best foundation for your day ahead. AND a lot of times, this is our only alone time before our heads hit the pillow again at night. Which means, yes mornings are very important. If your schedule is like mine, you don’t have the luxury of waking up whenever you want, or spending 20 mins looking in your pantry dreaming up the perfect breakfast. If your mornings are anything like mine: I wake up with enough time to brush my teeth, wash my face, maybe put make-up on, journal, and grab something to eat on the way out the door…. or if I’m lucky, enjoy it at home. So, that’s why I wanted to share my favorite, quick and ready when you wake up breakfast. Tastes delicious, EASY, and fills you up. With the season of holiday treats ahead, I love any easy, healthy meal to help me stay feeling my best.
